How it works

A clear process, start to finish.

  1. 01

    Site walk & assessment

We inspect the pavement, note drainage and failure points, and measure the area so the estimate reflects the real scope.

  2. 02

    Prep & base work

Removal, grading, and compaction as needed so the new asphalt sits on a solid, well-draining foundation.

  3. 03

    Paving & compaction

We lay and compact the mix to spec, keeping thickness and grade consistent across the surface.

  4. 04

    Walkthrough

We review the finished work with you and set expectations for cure time before the lot reopens.

Questions

Asphalt FAQs

Still have a question? Call (909) 344-4248 and talk to someone who does the work.

  • Should I repair, resurface, or replace my lot?

It depends on the condition of the base. If the foundation is sound and the damage is on the surface, resurfacing or patching is usually the smart call. If the base has failed or the lot is heavily cracked throughout, replacement is the better long-term value. We assess it on site and give you a straight recommendation.

  • How long before we can drive on new asphalt?

Most new asphalt is ready for traffic within a day or two, depending on temperature and the specifics of the job. We give you the exact window for your project and can phase the work to keep parts of the property open.

  • Can you work around our business hours?

Yes. We regularly schedule commercial and HOA paving in phases, after hours, or on weekends so tenants and residents keep access while the work gets done.
